Returns + Exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
I will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 15 days, accompanied by a sales receipt to the Ashleigh Branstetter LLC E-Boutique. Custom, special order and engraved items are non-refundable. After 15 days, all sales are final. All returns must be in the original condition. Online purchases can only be returned online.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 15 days from the date the return is received. Merchandise credits will be issued through our system within 3 days from the date the return is received. Please contact our staff at1-866-750-2086 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping a Return
Please contact us at 1-866-750-2086or email at email@example.com to make arrangements for returning your item. Please include all original packaging, jewelry boxes, and pouches. Item(s) should be shipped and insured for the full amount of the purchase. It also must be in the original packaging. You will be contacted if there are any questions related to the merchandise being received.
