We want you to be completely in love with your piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following options:
• Within 24 hours of receipt: Full refund (minus original shipping charges)
• Within 5 days of receipt: Store credit for the full purchase amount
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, in the same condition as received, with all original tags, packaging, jewelry box, and pouch included.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at ashleigh@ashleighbranstetter.com with “RETURN” in the subject line, or call us at 1-866-750-2086. A member of our team will respond promptly with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (when applicable).
Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted or refunded.
Shipping a Return
Once your return is approved, please ship the item(s) back to us fully insured for the original purchase amount. Include all original packaging, jewelry box, and pouch. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. You will be notified as soon as we receive and inspect your return.
