Returns + Exchanges

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online purchase(s) from, you may exchange, or receive store credit within five (5) days of the date of delivery confirmation.


  • Exchanges for merchandise credit can be made within five days of purchase delivery confirmation.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The exchanged item must be equal to or greater than the cost of the originally purchased item.
  • All orders placed by Phone, Special Events (Trunk Shows, etc.) are subject to the same terms unless otherwise noted.   
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Special order /commissioned pieces are nonexchangeable.



  • Merchandise Credits are valid for one year from issue date.

  • Please include all original packaging, jewelry boxes, and pouches.
  • Item(s) should be shipped and insured for the full amount of the purchase. 
  • Please note items showing signs of wear or have been altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be exchanged. It also must be in the original packaging. You will be contacted if there are any questions related to the merchandise being received.
