Ashleigh Branstetter® is a jewelry studio, not a technology company. We think you should know exactly where — and where not — artificial intelligence touches what you see here.
Where we use it
Ashleigh writes the product descriptions and stories on this site herself. Once written, we sometimes use an AI writing assistant the way anyone uses a spell-checker: to catch a typo, tighten a sentence, or smooth out awkward phrasing. The words, the voice, and the expertise behind them are hers.
Where we don't
- The jewelry. Every piece is designed by Ashleigh and handcrafted in our New Orleans studio. No part of the design or the making involves AI.
- The photography. Every product image is a photograph of the actual piece. We do not use AI-generated or AI-altered imagery to represent our jewelry.
- Gemstone and materials information. Metal content, carat weights, gemstone identification, and treatment disclosures come from Ashleigh, a GIA Graduate Gemologist, and, for select gemstones, from an accompanying laboratory report.
- Our conversations with you. When you write to us or request an appointment, a person reads it and a person answers.
If that ever changes, we will say so here first.
