Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
All U.S. orders over $500.00 qualify for complimentary 2-day Express shipping, with signature required upon receipt. Standard ground shipping is available (based on weight and location). We also offer overnight shipping for $85 and Saturday delivery for $110 within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll notify you via email if any issues arise with your order.
Every package is fully insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Our liability ends once the package is delivered and signed for. Please note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM EST are processed that day and ship within one business day. Orders placed Friday after 3 PM EST or over the weekend will process the following Monday.
International Shipping
International orders process and ship within 3 business days, with rates, taxes, customs, duties, and fees calculated based on your destination and items selected. All prices are in USD; use the currency selector at the bottom of the screen to switch. If we don’t ship to your country yet, email us at hello@ashleighbranstetter.com for options.
As the recipient, you’re the importer of record and responsible for all import fees. Duties, taxes, and fees are collected at checkout for simplicity—no surprises on delivery. For orders over $50,000, contact hello@ashleighbranstetter.com to arrange secure purchase and delivery. All other orders ship fully insured via DHL.
By ordering, you authorize Ashleigh Branstetter to appoint a carrier as your agent for customs clearance, fee processing, and remittance in your destination country.
