Returns & Exchanges Policy
Online Purchases (ashleighbranstetter.com)
For a full refund on a piece purchased on ashleighbranstetter.com, submit a return request within 24 hours of receipt. Requests after 24 hours qualify for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges undergo a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must remain intact. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item arrives damaged or unsaleable. Exchanges and purchases made with store credit are final sale.
In-Person Purchase & Events
For pieces purchased at our Ashleigh Branstetter Studio, pop-up events, or high-end arts festivals, we offer a 7-day window for store credit only. Contact us to arrange a return shipment.
Important Notes
All international orders are final sale. Custom and special orders placed on ashleighbranstetter.com are final sale. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 24 hours of receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@ashleighbranstetter.com with the subject “RETURN – [Order Number].” We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and assist with pickup arrangements. Once inspected, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus return shipping fees.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Email info@ashleighbranstetter.com with the subject “EXCHANGE – [Order Number].” We’re happy to help with your exchange or issue store credit. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and assist with pickup.
Purchases from Retailers
If you bought from an authorized retailer, contact them directly for exchanges—we can only assist with orders placed on ashleighbranstetter.com.
Please note: We track return request frequency and reserve the right to decline future returns for accounts with excessive activity.

For a full refund on a piece purchased at ashleighbranstetter.com, we have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund minus shipping expenses. For returns after 24 hours store credit with be given for 7 days after receipt of the piece(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ashleighbranstetter.com. In your email on the subject line please type "RETURN". If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products, products altered to customers specifications, special orders, sale items, or gift cards. This includes items that have been specially altered to your specifications. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
