OUR PROCESS FOR CUSTOM CREATED JEWELRY
Whether working with a beloved piece from your personal collection, designing from scratch, or looking to modernize your heirloom pieces, Ashleigh Branstetter seeks to create jewelry that brings your vision to life. From customizing designs to personally selecting stones, at Ashleigh Branstetter, we aim to delight and satisfy.
- Please note that bespoke pieces may take a minimum of five to ten weeks to produce.
- All custom jewelry is marked as 'Final Sale' and can not be returned or exchanged.
- All custom designs have a minimum budget of $3,000.00.
- After the design is rendered, you will have two opportunities to make adjustments. If more adjustments need to be made, there will be an additional design fee added to the price of the piece, starting at $250.
A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required to start our custom design process. Once finalized to begin production on your custom design 1/2 of the quoted fee is required.
