Holiday Order Deadlines
Order by October 26th for made-to-order pieces to arrive in time for Christmas within the US, without a rush charge.
Made-to-order pieces are hand-fabricated in my New Orleans studio after your order is placed, and take up to 8 weeks. Many pieces are finished sooner. If you have a date in mind, write to me at hello@ashleighbranstetter.com and I'll tell you what's possible.
Pieces that are ready to ship are sent promptly, and each arrives in a black felt envelope with a grey bow, ready to give.
Rush Requests & International Orders
For international orders and any rush request, please write to me before placing your order. A rush can sometimes be accommodated, but not always. When it can, rush fees may apply to cover expedited shipping from vendors, overtime labor and the like. Fees depend on the piece and the turnaround, so please be specific about the piece and your exact deadline.
Studio Closure
My studio will be closed for the holidays from December 23 through January 4.
